Membership Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to become a member. You must provide accurate registration details, including your name, email, country, and date of birth.

One account per person. Duplicate, shared, or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or removed.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Profile information must remain accurate. Misrepresenting your age, location, or identity may affect survey eligibility and can lead to account termination.

EarnNest helps you discover survey opportunities, track progress, earn bonuses, and participate in community features such as reviews and leaderboards.

Membership does not guarantee survey availability, earnings, or payout approval. Rewards depend on platform rules, third-party providers, and your eligibility.

• Access to your personal dashboard and earnings history
• Daily login bonuses and XP progression
• Referral program participation
• Achievements, leaderboards, and withdrawal requests (subject to approval)

Members may not:

• Create multiple accounts or use bots or automation
• Submit false reviews, payment proofs, or withdrawal details
• Abuse referral, bonus, or rewards systems
• Attempt to manipulate rankings, streaks, or XP
• Harass other users or violate applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate membership for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or conduct that harms the platform or other users. Upon termination, unredeemed rewards may be forfeited where permitted by law.

We may update these membership terms from time to time. Continued use of your account after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
