• Earnings and activity: survey interactions, XP, streaks, achievements, referral codes, referral activity, transaction history, and withdrawal requests (including payout method and destination details you provide).
• User-generated content: survey reviews, payment proof submissions, comments, and other content you choose to publish on the platform.
• Communications: messages you send through contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, and support requests.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and general analytics about how you use EarnNest.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand site usage. See Section 8 below.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Personalize survey recommendations and display localized earning rates
• Determine survey eligibility based on age and profile information

3. Age and Survey Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on EarnNest. We use your date of birth to determine whether you qualify for paid survey offers. Most third-party survey panels target respondents aged 18–65.

If you are under 18, you may not register. If you are over 65, you may still use parts of the platform, but survey access may be restricted and you will be shown that you are not qualified for most survey offers.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete the account and associated data promptly.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Depending on your location, we process personal data based on:

• Contract: to provide the services you sign up for

• Supabase — authentication, database hosting, and secure data storage
• Survey and offer partners — when you click “Visit Site” on a survey provider, you leave our platform and are subject to that provider's own privacy policy
• Payment and payout providers — such as PayPal, Wise, Airtm, M-Pesa, or cryptocurrency networks, when you request a withdrawal
• Analytics and hosting providers — to measure usage and deliver the site reliably

These providers only receive the information needed to perform their services and are expected to protect it in line with their own policies and applicable law.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information:

• With service providers who help us run the platform
• When you choose to interact with third-party survey sites or payout services
• If required by law, court order, or government request
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of EarnNest, our users, or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate safeguards

Public content you post — such as reviews or payment proofs — may be visible to other users and visitors of the site.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of EarnNestafter changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
